How Do I Get my Digital Resources as a New Instructor?

What to do when you replace an instructor and how to gain access to the Digital Resource Portal.

Most Digital Resource License Keys can be activated 2 times, so you can easily add a co-instructor or reuse a code from a previous instructor. After two activations, we ask that you contact us for assistance in creating any further accounts.

 

If you have a Digital Resource License Key from the previous instructor:

  1. Visit resources.edventures.com and create an account, if you do not already have one.
  2. Try claiming your Digital Resource License Key.
    1. If it still has an activation available, then you're good to go!
    2. Otherwise, it will tell you to reach out to us for assistance. Please follow the steps below to request access.

 

If you do not have a Digital Resource License Key, or your key has been claimed the maximum number of times:

  1. Please contact us with the following details:

    1. the previous instructor's email or first and last name, Digital Resource License Key, and/or the Sales Order number from the original purchase.

    2. The first & last name and email address of the person who will be using the program (yourself or another educator).
    3. The name of the PCS Edventures program you will be using.
  2. If you do not already have an account on resources.edventures.com, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your new account. 
Once logged in, you'll have access to the Digital Resource Portal and the digital materials associated with your PCS Edventures program.
