I can't bind my Taranis radio controller to RubiQ.

If your receiver is displaying a blue LED light:

The drone needs to be reset to PPM mode. To do this:

1. Make sure your RubiQ is receiving power either through connecting it to a computer with the provided USB cable or by plugging in the battery.
2. Then, press and hold the BIND button for a minimum of 4 seconds.
3. Next, release the button.

The receiver will blink blue three times to indicate the change, and the blue LED will turn off, indicating that the receiver is now in PPM mode.

If RubiQ isn’t available as a preset bind option:

The radio needs to be configured. Follow the instructions for your version of RubiQ:

• RubiQ 1.0 or 1.5: Download this file, then visit Configuring the Taranis for instructions.
• RubiQ 2.0 (Q X7): Download this file, then visit Programming the Taranis for instructions.
• RubiQ 2.0 (X9 Lite): Download this file, then contact support for instructions.

To see if your bind was successful:

Power up your Taranis and connect the battery to RubiQ. If the two are bound, the small LED on top of the receiver will be a solid color. If the LED is blinking, the bind was not successful. Return to the Bind the RX step of the configuration guide for your version of RubiQ:

• RubiQ 1.0 or 1.5: Bind the RX
• RubiQ 2.0 (Q X7): Bind the RX
• RubiQ 2.0 (X9 Lite): Bind the Receiver (RX)
