Part of my order is missing or damaged, what should I do?
Missing and damaged items are covered in our returns policy.
PCS guarantees our products with a 30-day limited warranty against material or workmanship defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Please review our full Payment, Returns, and Warranty policy for more details.
If you are missing part of your order:
- Some kits ship in multiple boxes. Please double-check that you have opened and unpacked all boxes. There is a sticker on the outside of the shipping box that states the number of boxes in that kit. Some commonly-missed items include:
- The Digital Resource License Key, which is either on its own sheet of paper or the inside cover of the Instructor Guide.
- Brick Separators, which are usually inside of a mesh brick bag.
- Small items may be packed inside of plastic storage bins.
- Student handouts, posters, and other paper items may be packed inside a white envelope or cardboard tube to prevent damage.
- If you have reviewed the Intro Letter / Packing List and unpacked all boxes, and you find some materials missing, please contact us for a replacement.
- We recommend unpacking all of your materials as early as possible before your course starts to ensure any replacements can arrive before your students.
If part of your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us for assistance within 14 days of receiving your product.
If your Flex UAV or RubiQ drone is damaged:
- You can purchase replacement parts on our storefront, edventures.com, for common pieces that wear out over time or break during crashes.
- To inquire about warranty coverage for manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please contact us for assistance. Have your Digital Resource License Key or the Sales Order number from your original purchase handy, if possible.
