# Tello won't connect to the tablet

## If your Tello won't respond to your tablet even when it is connected via wifi, try a firmware update.

If your Tello drone does not show up at all in the wifi options, visit [*Why does my Tello not appear in wifi/network options?*](https://support.edventures.com/kb/why-does-my-tello-not-appear-in-wifi?hsLang=en)

If your Tello does connect to wi-fi but is not connecting to the Ryze app:

1. Try uninstalling and re-installing the app.
2. Try forgetting the wi-fi network and re-connecting.
3. Fully power off the tablet and the Tello, then power them on and try again.
4. Refer to your Tello manual to check for firmware updates.
