Tello won't connect to the tablet
If your Tello won't respond to your tablet even when it is connected via wifi, try a firmware update.

If your Tello does connect to wi-fi but is not connecting to the Ryze app:
- Try uninstalling and re-installing the app.
- Try forgetting the wi-fi network and re-connecting.
- Fully power off the tablet and the Tello, then power them on and try again.
- Refer to your Tello manual to check for firmware updates.
