The channel bars in the INAV Receiver tab are incorrect.

The channel bars in INAV's Receiver tab may be mapped incorrectly.

This article applies to RubiQ 1.0, RubiQ 1.5 and RubiQ 2.0 (Taranis Q X7).

For help connecting RubiQ 2.0 (Taranis X9 Lite) to the RubiQ Configurator, click here.

If the channels aren’t mapped correctly:

Switch the Channel Map according to your radio controller:

  • X9D: TAER1234 (Throttle, Aileron, Elevator, Rudder)
  • Q X7: AETR1234/Default (Aileron, Elevator, Throttle, Rudder)

Press Save, then test the sticks again.

If the bars aren’t moving in INAV:

The bind was unsuccessful. Return to Step 1 of the configuration guide and run through the binding process again.

If you continue to experience issues:

Check that you’re using the correct version of INAV. You must download INAV directly from https://rubiq.edventures.com/file-downloads/, rather than the Chrome Web Store, to avoid automatic updates that make INAV incompatible with RubiQ’s firmware.

  • Early RubiQ’s with the vertical red and black bullet motor connectors are only compatible with version 1.6.2.
  • More recent RubiQ’s with the horizontal yellow motor connectors will only work with version 1.9.3.
