The RubiQ Drone is tilting during flight.

If the RubiQ drone is tilting unexpectedly during flight, check the following build & configure steps.

The most common causes for uneven flight include:

  1. Prop position: Use the diagram in the RubiQ Flight Manual to carefully attach the props in the correct positions. Also ensure that you can see the raised numbers on top.
  2. Setting the gyro: When you go to fly, set the RubiQ down on your takeoff surface, then plug in the battery. This sets the gyro as level.
  3. Completing the configuration steps to the best of your ability. For example, keeping the RubiQ squarely in the positions called for in the accelerometer calibration.
