Why can't I log in?

Check the URL of the site you are trying to log into. Our online store is available on edventures.com with a red login screen, while our digital curriculum, including Droneology, are on resources.edventures.com with a blue login screen.
Clear your browser cache (sometimes called site data) and try again. Some browsers default to only clearing some data for the last hour, so make sure to clear all data for the site for all time.
Double check the email address. Is there another address you may have used to create your account?
If parts of the site look broken or don't load correctly, turn off any content-blocking plugins in your browser, such as AdBlock Plus or Ghostery. Additionally, please ask your network administrator to whitelist edventures.com sites and emails to ensure our content is not being blocked by your security settings.
If you still cannot access your account, please take a screenshot of the error you're receiving or the page you are stuck on (Win+Shift+S or Shift+Command+3) and contact us for assistance at support@edventures.com.

First, please visit resources.edventures.com. The login screen will look similar to this.
If your login does not work here, click the Forgot Password? link. Then, you can enter your email and receive a link to reset your password.
If you get an error saying that your email is not in our system, then your account may be under a different email.
If you do not have an account under a different email, then you most likely don't have an account yet. Click Create Account to create your account.
1. After creating your account, check your inbox for an email to set your password. Remember to check your spam/junk folder or any other inbox tabs you may have set up.
